Description
EPIC Title
Task manager UI to manage large uploads and moves
Description
When a user uploads a large file, or many files amounting to a large upload in total, or when they move large folders around, the user may think they have to wait for the action to complete but we should enable multitasking allowing them to continue with their business and also allowing them to return to see and manage the progress of the upload or the move. From this task manager UI, we can also enable to user to cancel individual file uploads, or cancel the whole upload or move.

Research direction
This is an epic for a task manager UI covering large uploads and folder moves. No files, tests, or entry points are named, so begin by locating the existing upload and move flows in the Java project. Done should include progress visibility, multitasking, and cancellation for individual files and whole operations.
