Hello,
I am currently following the contribution guidelines (backend) and came across a step that involve getting the license.dat file.
Please let me know how can I request one as I am interested to spin up locally on my machine.

Research direction

Start with the backend contribution guidelines and the step that references license.dat and the ~/.dotcms/license/ path. Determine how contributors are expected to request the file, then clarify that process in the relevant guidance; done means a contributor can obtain the license and follow the local setup step.
