Description
User Story
Partner RedStone wrote a feature to allow adding ?dotsass=true to force a SASS recompile. https://github.com/dotCMS/core/pull/32885
@wezell summarizes:
This allows you to easily do cross domain sass compilations and even use /dA paths to compile sass files.
This is just an issue to shuttle it along!

Research direction
Start by reviewing merged pull request #32897, which contains the proposed SASS compiler change and the ?dotsass=true behavior described here. Confirm that the useful feature is present and that the acceptance criterion—greater SASS compiler control for cross-domain and /dA paths—is covered before considering this issue done.
