Additional Fields on Host content Type are not being push published

Problem Statement

Whenever we have additional fields added to a Host content type and then push publish the site the additional fields are not pushed on the receiving side.

Steps to Reproduce

• Add additional fields to the host content type
• Go to site and give the values to the added fields
• Save and activate
• Now perform push publish of the whole site going under the settings menu and right clicking on the site
• Select Push publish filter as everything and dependencies

Acceptance Criteria

As a user i must be able to push publish the entire site along with the additional fields that are added on the Host content type

Start by reproducing the issue with additional fields on the Host content type, then follow the whole-site Push Publish flow under the site settings menu with the filter set to everything and dependencies. Trace where Host content fields are assembled for publishing and verify on the receiving site that the additional field values are present.
