Problem Statement
When navigating through pages on the Templates portlet, there is one row that is missing.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to templates portlet
- Create more than 40 templates (to be able to see the pagination)
- Navigate to the second page
- Here you will see that the first item that should be on the second page is missing
Acceptance Criteria
The pagination should work correctly, the template missing should be added on the next page.
