User Story
As a user who logs via SAML, I want to be able to choose the language in which the dotCMS shows the content.
At this point, when an SSO login takes place, the user is unable to choose the dotCMS language.
The functionality needed is equivalent to the option of choosing the language in the login screen (see ss)
Acceptance Criteria
- the SAML user should be able to change its dotCMS language

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the SAML login flow and comparing it with the existing login-screen language-selection behavior. Done means a SAML user can choose the dotCMS language and see content in that language.
