Description

My setup:

| Part | Name |
|:--:|:--|
| MB | Erying i5-12500H ITX (Taobao) |
| RAM | 32GB (2 * 16) DDR4 3200 Samsung (Taobao) |
| GPU | AMD Vega 64 Reference Card (Kijiji) |
| SSD | WD Blue SN570 500GB (Canada Computers) |
| PSU | Lian Li SP 750 W 80+ Gold (Canada Computers) |
| Fan | Jonsbo HX4170D (Taobao) |
| Wifi | Intel AX210 (Taobao) |
| Case | PCCooler i100 Pro (Taobao) |

The system was stuck on `#[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START]`, but successfully launched after I disabled the efficiency cores in bios. `ProvideCurrentCpuInfo` is correctly set to True.

I first tried configuring my own EFI from a 12th-Gen template, and then tried using many people's existing Erying i7-12700H or i9-12900HK EFI configurations, all stuck on the same `#[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START]` message. Many others using the 12500H board also reported this issue.
