Description

Concerns the following guides

- **Coffe Lake Plus and Cometlake**: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config-laptop.plist/coffee-lake-plus.html#booter
- **Ice Lake:** https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config-laptop.plist/icelake.html#booter

**Issue**: Suggestions to enable the `ProtectUefiServices` quirk are based on a desktop chipset (Z390) which does not exist for mobile platforms:

"Protects UEFI services from being overridden by the firmware, mainly relevant for VMs, Icelake and Z390 systems. If on Z390, enable this quirk" - Quoted from "More in-depth info" section.

Listed below are the actually available chipsets for 9th and 10th Gen Intel Mobile CPUs:

9th Gen: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_chipsets#Mobile_chipsets_2
10 Gen: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_chipsets#Mobile_and_embedded_chipsets

So using Z390 as a reference for enabling this quirk or not doesn't make sense in the context of Laptops. And since no one will have a Z390 chipset in their Laptop (because it doesn't exist), everybody will leave this Quirk disabled. My suggestion would be to recommend to turn it on as a safety measure unless someone can actually test the quirk on all the chipsets.
