Description

## What happened?
In vertico with opera-light the description has a similar color of the highlighted background, and so it's not readable:

## What did you expect to happen?
The description to be readable (e.g. darker)

## Steps to reproduce
1. Install the vertico package.
2. Set doom-opera-light theme
3. Run something like counsel-M-x or any function that uses vertico completion.
4. Try navigating up and down the list of selections.

Research direction

Reproduce the contrast problem in vertico with doom-opera-light, using counsel-M-x or another completion command and navigating the selected rows. Then inspect the doom-opera-light theme definition and its selected-row description styling. Done means the description remains clearly readable against the highlighted background while navigating the list.
