[bug?] tiny error indicators on hidpi screns

### Expected behavior

i have had this issue for at least 5 years and it never stopped bothering me. when errors are shown in the editors, they should be easily visible. on my 4k monitors, i can barely see them without pressing my nose against the screen.

1. buy a 4k monitor
2. try to do some coding in doom emacs
3. cry because you cant see errors
