### Expected behavior
Magit after `doom sync -u` should continue to work.
### Current behavior
Getting the following error:
```
Error in pre-command-hook (transient--pre-command): (error "Emacs was downgraded, making it necessary to recompile Transient")
command-execute: Wrong type argument: listp,[...]
```
Pinning compat to 30.0.0.0 fixes the problem:
```
(package! compat :pin "9a234d0")
```
The relevant commits:
```
9a234d0 compat.texi: Fix replace-string-in-region documentation (Fix #52)
e9203e1 compat.texi: Fix references to Emacs 30.1 in Support section (#49)
```
### Steps to reproduce
1. `doom sync -u`
2. Open a project in Emacs
3. Try to use magit, e.g. `SPG gg f a`
