No Color in Compilation output with Cargo

### Expected behavior

When I am running `rustic-mode-cargo-test` I am getting the output with colors:


### Current behavior

When I am running Emacs compile `SPC c c` then `cargo test` , I am getting the following output :


As you can see, not color for the test result.
