Description
### I confirm that...
- [X] I have searched the [issue tracker](https://github.com/doomemacs/doomemacs/issues), [documentation](https://docs.doomemacs.org), [FAQ](https://docs.doomemacs.org/-/faq), [Discourse](https://discourse.doomemacs.org), and [Google](https://google.com), in case this issue has already been reported/resolved.
- [X] I have read "[How to Debug Issues](https://doomemacs.org/d/how2debug)", and will use it to provide as much information about this issue as possible.
- [X] The issue can be reproduced on the **latest** available commit of Doom.
- [X] The issue can be reproduced on a stable release of Emacs, such as 27 or 28. *(Doom does not support development builds like 29+ or any version ending in .50 or .9x)*
### Expected behavior
`+eval/repl` & `+eval/send-region-to-repl` to work
### Current behavior
`+eval/repl` only works the first time. Subsequent usage of that command & `+eval/send-region-to-repl` will just print that code to the current buffer:
https://github.com/doomemacs/doomemacs/assets/19813755/5db6f612-ea06-4238-9e9e-c0dfd35cc809
After trying the above command for interacting with buffer, `+eval/region-or-buffer` also stop working.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open any racket file
2. Run `+eval/buffer-or-region`, observe that this work
3. Run `+eval/repl`
4. Run `+eval/send-region-to-repl`, observe weird behaviour where everything get copied & pasted to the current buffer
5. Run `+eval/buffer-or-region`, this now no longer work. Oddly enough, it will now either copy & paste the first line of the buffer, or ask for a branch to get some commit?
