- [X] The issue can be reproduced on the **latest** available commit of Doom.

When I run `+debugger/start`, I expect the `preLaunchTask` specified in my `launch.json` to run. However, that is not happening. Now, `+debugger/start` runs `+debugger/start-last` and

I have found that patching the source code above, replacing `dap-start-debugging-noexpand` with `dap-debug` fixes this issue for me.
