Description
### I confirm that...
- [X] I have searched the [issue tracker](https://github.com/doomemacs/doomemacs/issues), [documentation](https://docs.doomemacs.org), [FAQ](https://docs.doomemacs.org/-/faq), [Discourse](https://discourse.doomemacs.org), and [Google](https://google.com), in case this issue has already been reported/resolved.
- [X] I have read "[How to Debug Issues](https://doomemacs.org/d/how2debug)", and will use it to provide as much information about this issue as possible.
- [X] The issue can be reproduced on the **latest** available commit of Doom.
- [X] The issue can be reproduced on a stable release of Emacs, such as 27 or 28. *(Doom does not support development builds like 29+ or any version ending in .50 or .9x)*
### Expected behavior
When I edit a `table.el` table in org-mode (via `C-c '`), the hint should display "Edit, then exit with '`C-c C-c`' or abort with '`C-c C-k`'", and `C-c C-c` should save and exit.
### Current behavior
`C-c C-c` doesn't exit the table, but brings up a menu instead, see screenshot below. Instead, `C-c '` exits the table -- I discovered this by pressing `C-c` and waiting for options to pop up. `C-c C-k` does abort the edit. This is the same issue as #1455, but reproducible (i.e. after I update emacs, check stale .elc files, re-launch emacs, etc.)

I think this is more a display/documentation issue than anything -- changing the hint to display `C-c '` should be sufficient.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open emacs
2. Create an .org file in org mode
3. Create a `table.el` table using `C-c ~`, then save table.
4. Edit this table by pressing `C-c '`.
5. Attempt to save edits.
