eldoc error: (void-function nil) when writing racket with lsp -eglot

### Expected behavior

An distracting error message always pop up on minibuffer when I writing Racket codes with doomemacs, which read `eldoc error: (void-function nil) `

### Current behavior

Every time my cursor get stationary for about 0.5 second, the annoying message popup. Here is the error messages:

### Steps to reproduce

1. Configure your Doom Emacs with `(lsp +peek)` module, (It wouldn't appear with eglot). And with `(racket +lsp)` module.
2. Install DrRacket, and Install `racket-langserver` with `raco pkg install racket-langserver`. (It only shows on racket mode)
3. Create a file abc.rkt, and type some random racket code. Examples as follow:

(define a 'a)
(define (hello) (display "hello") (newline))
```
4. Put your cursor at a random place, and keep stay. The message would pop up.
