Integrate image-roll.el into pdf module

It would be cool if the image-roll package is integrated into the "pdf" module of Doom. This package builds on top of pdf-tools to allow for continuous view of pdf pages.
The package even has some instructions for Doom users:

### Briefly explain its use-case

Preferably, the user would
1. use pdf module with +image-scroll flag
2. open a pdf
3. enjoy continuous scrolling
4. avoid his wife leaving him by skipping spending years to configure his emacs.
