eslint not working

### What did you expect to happen?

When I open a typescript file, I expect eslint to get initialised correctly and have code completion

### What actually happened?

When I open a typescript or javascript buffer, I get the error "server eslint :6518/starting exited with status exit(check corresponding stderr buffer for details). Do you want to restart it? (y or n)?

### Describe your attempts to resolve the issue

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling eslint but that same error occured.

1. Open emacs
2. Open a typescript or a javascript buffer
