Add exception for tiling manager

thanks for the extension. its very useful to me. but when i want to save some spesific windows size for some apps. but the extension dont give me a change for exception like save the size on floating mode . like clock app ı want to use in mini mod but it reshape automaticly. ı know gnome philosophy dont want it but ı want it that way.
