Description
**Describe the feature you'd like**
It would be very helpful for me to have an option of disabling moving the tiled window between monitors — tiling would then be confined to a monitor I am currently at only, and there would be no way to move a tiled monitor between monitors with tile keys.
I have a setup where 3 monitors are arranged in an inverted pyramid layout and they differ in size. Due to the current bugs in how fullscreen window enters tiled state and sometimes jumps to a different monitor, as well as my muscle memory to use up/down for maximize/minimize actions, I often encounter a problem where window ends up not where I expect it to be. I have already keys to move the window between monitors coming from default gnome, and this is my primary way of moving them, while at the same time I sincerely miss the Windows feature of "minimize window" when I press "tile down" while it already is in a tile that touches bottom. Instead it jumps to the monitor below, and I would have to configure dedicated minimize shortcut.
**Additional context**
This would be a step into UX familiar to windows, and possible work in favor of #361.
