Ability to exclude apps from auto tiling

**Description**
It would be really nice to have to ability to exclude certain apps from auto tiling features. Also there should be an option to disable auto tiling from the applet like in pop os.

**Additional context**
Apps like qjackctl UI becomes hard to use/ unreadable with auto tiling as it is supposed to be a small window.
