Feature request: drag window suggestion across tiles

**Describe the feature you'd like**
Window suggestions pop up in one tile at a time. I would feel it intuitive if suggested windows could be dragged with the mouse cursor from the containing tile to any of the other tiles.

In this screencast I try to illustrate dragging the suggested Maps app window from the bottom left tile into the bottom right tile which it would then populate.

I don't use window suggestions very much myself today but have thought about this idea for a while and so wanted to share.
