**Describe the bug**
Tiles animation time setting has no effect.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to tiling shell settings
2. Click on Animations
3. change the value of tiles animation time
4. It does not affect the animation of a window being sized. (Snap assistant animation time does work)
**Information:**
- Tiling Shell version: v17.3
- GNOME version: 49.5
