Different layout lists between monitors

It would be really helpful to be able to have **different layout lists across monitors** For example, if I have monitor A which is horizontal and monitor B which is vertical, I might want only vertical-split-screen options available for monitor B, and only horizontal split-screen options available for monitor A.
