[Feature Request] Restore previous tiling after restart

**Describe the feature you'd like**
It would be nice if windows could automatically snap back to their previous tiling zone when restarting the app.
Consider this:
You have some apps which automatically start on boot and want them always in the same configuration but currently you have to manually drag them to the tiling zones after each reboot.
It would be better if the windows remembered where they were. Or if there was an option for this.

**Additional context**
I am not sure whether this is the right place for this. I think Wayland in general doesn't remember window positions. Or it only kinda does. Some windows kinda remember their position after a restart but are only near their last tiling position and not exactly on it.
