Description
**Describe the feature you'd like**
I would like the ability to manually reorder monitors in the tiling configuration view, or at minimum, have the view follow the order given by the system's logical monitor
configuration.
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe**
Yes, I'm frustrated that the tiling configuration view doesn't respect my system's primary monitor setting or logical positioning. My LG 27" monitor is set as the primary
display in GNOME (logical monitor 0), but in the tiling view it appears in the wrong position relative to my laptop's built-in display. This makes it confusing when
configuring tiling layouts for each monitor.
**Additional context**
My system configuration shows:
- LG 27" monitor: Primary display, positioned on top
- Built-in display: Secondary, positioned underneath and centered
As you can see in the screenshot below, the tiling view shows the monitors in the wrong order:
The ideal solution would be manual reordering controls, but at minimum the tiling view should follow the system's logical monitor order (primary first, then secondary)
rather than displaying them in a different sequence.
