Description
**Describe the bug**
On every start, tiling shell disables/overrides the system window movement shortcuts, although they are not configured in tiling shell!
I use CTRL-SUPER-LEFT/RIGHT/UP/DOWN for tile movement and still use the SUPER-LEFT/RIGHT/UP to split left/right and maximise the window.
I disable SUPER-down and use it for untile in tiling shell.
This gives me the best of both worlds. With CTRL-SUPER I can tile, with SUPER I can split and max and restore/untile.
But every time tiling shell starts (after login or reboot) it overrides the system shortcuts and disables SUPER-up/down/left/right, which breaks my workflow.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Change the shortcuts in tiling shell to CTRL-SUPER-LEFT/RIGHT/UP/DOWN for tile movement
2. Set the shortcut SUPER-down to untile.
3. Restore the System Window shortcuts to SUPER-LEFT/RIGHT/UP to split windows left, right and maximise.
4. Test the Workflows
5. Reboot
6. System shortcuts get overriden/disabled again
