Keeps forgetting monitor settings

I have 3x monitors and frequently the layout that I have each monitor set to will be randomly reset back to default and my preference "forgotten". I am not sure what the pattern is but I just logged onto my computer for the first time this morning (unlocked, computer was already running) and the right monitor _again_ forgot its configuration. This is really annoying as it affects the keyboard shortcuts to move windows into spaces, and having to reset this multiple times _per day_ really is dragging on me.

Can we please have this looked at? Thanks.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reproducing the monitor-layout reset after unlocking an already-running computer and document when the right monitor loses its configuration. Done means monitor preferences persist and window-moving keyboard shortcuts continue using the configured spaces.
