Description
**Describe the bug**
As someone the menu to select a tiling style for the window, it is not able to change the layout using keyboard
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the icon through Super + V and navigate to the system tray icon
2. Navigate with arrow keys
3. See that you can't navigate or change the current layout using keys, only with mouse clicks
**Information (please complete the following):**
- Tiling Shell version: v16.4
- GNOME version: 48.2
