Spaning window to tile below does not work in some cases

**Describe the bug**
While using the default layout (middle big window with columns on the sides with 2 rows), if you place a window in the top left corner, it works fine, if you put it on the top right, it transfers the window to the next monitor (I have a dual monitor setup).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Use the default layout
2. Place a window in the top right corner tile
3. Use whatever shortcut you assigned to "span window to tile below"
4. See error
