Set default placement for app

**Describe the feature you'd like**
It would be nice to have the ability to assign a default placement for an specific app.

**Additional context**
In my use case, for example, I have an ultra-wide screen and have a layout that makes the app to be centered in a 1920 x 1080 size. It would be good to be able to always open the app in this placement of my layout. I know there are other ways of doing this, but I think it would be a good feature of your extension.
