Description

Still when ricing my new tiling extension, I just perceived this little and not disturbing at all problem, that some menus (and windows) gets surpassed by other windows borders.

My way to discover it:
1. Go to Gnome Extension Manager;
2. Then, Shell Tiling preferences;

3. Right click on the window bar;

4. Finally, see the error.

Information:
- Tiling Shell version: v16.4
- GNOME version: 46.0

P.S.: When writting, trying to reproduce the error, I have seen that even "Always on top" checked windows that got unfocused get superimposed by the windows borders feature from Tiling Shell, as seen below.

Thank you for the help, God bless you.
