Description
**Describe the feature you'd like**
Currently one Layout is the default for all monitors and workspaces. It would be nice if the default could be set for default and landscape monitors separately.
**Additional context**
Since layouts can only really be used in either portrait or landscape mode this would be usefull.
Here are two ways i thought of on how to implement them:
1. In the settings, or layout editor allow to set one layout as default for both orientations respectively.
2. Tag all layouts with either landscape or portrait. Then only show layouts, that fit that monitors orientation in the selector. The first one listed in the selector would be the default. Some way of changing order would then be used to allow the change of the default layout.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. First trace how the settings or layout editor stores the default layout, how the selector chooses it, and how monitor orientation is detected; clarify whether separate defaults or orientation-tagged layouts are intended, then verify both orientations select the expected layout.
