Description

**Describe the feature you'd like**
I would like it to be possible to create customised layouts that either through the menu now available from the icon or through a keyboard shortcut would open and move the apps associated with that layout to the desired position

**Additional context**
For example, the approach that the Tiling Assistant extension has for customised layouts associated with apps I find a starting point for thinking about how to implement this functionality, only in that case the configuration is awkward to say the least (it requires specific cordinates not assisted by a simple ui).

The usefulness of this functionality I think is quite obvious:
- If I'm programming I start the ‘coding’ layout which opens and places vscode in the centre a terminal on the right and a browser window on the left of the screen
- For entertainment I start a layout called ‘social’ which opens telegram, zen browser and whatsapp web and places them on the left, centre and right respectively.
ecc...

I add a few screenshots of how it is currently being handled by tiling assistant for reference:
