[Feature Request] Monitor switch grace period

I just switched to Tiling Shell and really like it so far.

The one feature I miss the most from the default Ubuntu Tiling Assistant is the "Monitor switch grace period" setting, which allows you to **fling a window across a monitor boundary**, and have it snap against the edge (see the clip). Without it, it's tedious to snap against the boundary, since you have to line it up precisely without crossing over to the next monitor.
