Focussed window border not shown, when using `ALT + Esc` to switch windows

**Describe the bug**
When I'm using `Alt+Esc` (Switch windows directly) to navigate between windows, the focussed window border is not drawn

**To Reproduce**
1. Enable *window border* in Tiling Shell
2. Press `Alt+Esc` (Default gnome mapping)
3. Focussed window border disappears from previously active window, but does not appear on the newly focussed window after releasing `Alt`.
