Description
**Describe the feature you'd like**
I have been using the Tiling Shell extension for the past year, and it has been an amazing addition to my workflow. However, I would like to request a feature that allows excluding specific applications, like Ulauncher, from window borders. This would help avoid unwanted behavior or visual inconsistencies for certain applications that don't integrate well with window borders.
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe**
Some applications, such as Ulauncher, are designed to work without window borders or tiling constraints. When these applications are affected by the Tiling Shell extension, it disrupts their intended appearance or functionality.
**Additional context**
Ubuntu Version: 22.04.5
GNOME Shell Version: 42.9
Tiling Shell Version: 15.1
This feature could provide an "exclude list" option in the settings, where users can specify applications that should be ignored by the tiling rules. For example, Ulauncher, dropdown terminals, or similar tools would benefit from such an exclusion.
