FEATURE REQUEST: Please bring keyboard manager feature for linux

In windows version of power-toys they have keyboard customizer where you can make your own shortcuts, remap keys, etc.

In my opinion keyboard customizer is the most important feature that you need to bring fast.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the project's existing Dart architecture and how its Linux utilities are organized, then compare the requested keyboard customizer with the Windows PowerToys behavior described here. Done would require an agreed Linux implementation scope for shortcuts and key remapping, plus working validation for those behaviors.
