Description
Right now, the only way to access errors coming from deploymgr (which starts/destroyes instances, updates software, manages config/creds/certs, etc) is for someone from the dolthub team to look in the kubernetes logs. It would be helpful to somehow materialize these errors in hostedapi so you can get realtime feedback when something goes wrong
