Description
Currently, there's no way for a user to know if their hosted instance is misbehaving or is in a bad state, until they see errors from their applications, or if they periodically check in on their deployment.
Users should be able to configure alerts/alarms/notifications so that they're paged when the instance is not in the state they expect.
