**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Right now on the Hosted panel you can only upgrade to the latest version, which might cause issues and pain if the latest version includes breaking changes but you need some other fix that is in a previous version.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
When clicking on the button to upgrade, display a bunch of different dolt versions you can upgrade to, rather than just the latest.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I don't see any alternatives
**Additional context**
We've been testing 1.25.0 and it seemed to be working great with our API, we were going to upgrade to it but now a new 1.26 with breaking changes was released and we can only upgrade to that version.
