Horizontal Scroll of Schemas page broken intermittently on Edge

When the Window is too narrow on a fresh load of the Schemas page on Edge, Windows, the horizontal Scroll does not trigger. A bar is rendered but you can't scroll. See screenshot.

**To Reproduce

1. On Edge, windows. Resize your screen to be too narrow to render the show create table query results
1. Go to https://www.dolthub.com/repositories/dolthub/us-businesses/query/master?q=SHOW+CREATE+TABLE+businesses&active=Schemas
1. Notice horizontal scroll bar is triggered but unusable
1. Resizing window wider then going back to narrow screen makes usable scroll bar.
