Description
On DoltHub, data pushed to a database is stored forever, since there is currently no garbage collection. This can lead to a situation where a user's DoltHub Pro bill is higher than expected, since they're billed for the total data (whether garbage or not) stored in S3.
DoltHub databases should have a button for owners to manually GC their DoltHub databases so that the size of data stored in S3 reflects the size of their databases "active" chunks.
