New line/ line break does not work in `strings` in `jsons`

Works on any repo with a json with a string in it ex({'foo': 'bar'})
Repo:
- Go to this link https://www.dolthub.com/repositories/dolteltragon/json-diff-example/data/timsehn%2Fworkspace-1661450848/json_example
- Edit the cell with `bar` change it to by pressing enter

This newLine change works when editing `text`, should work on the `strings` in `jsons` too
