Hiding all diff table columns has weird UI

Description
Silly edge case you can hide all cols and the `+/-` still show on the left. Should we address this in some way or leave as is?
Repo:
- Go to some small table, edit some some cell
- Then click on the `Cumulative Diff` tab and scroll down to diff table
- Then hide all cols
*This can be done on any `diff data table`, it isn't limited to the workspace version*
