`request header fields too large` on edit cell button

Since the query goes in the `URL`, sometimes this can get too big for the request header. A possible fix would be to catch this error before we generate the url and tell the user the query is too big.

Repo:

- For this repo https://dolthub.awsdev.ld-corp.com/repositories/ant-otter-org-by-mayo/json-diff-example/data/main/ytext
- Go to the `ytext` table
- Edit the name cell with the text in the sample text file.

*note all tables should be able to repo with a big enough change*
