**Describe the bug and expected behavior**
Trying to create a pull request for a large diff times out as `create pull from upstream mutation did not return data`.
**To Reproduce (please include link if applicable)**
1. Go to https://www.dolthub.com/repositories/web3/bitcoin/
2. Create New Pull Request between main and vinai/change-types
