Description
Our GitHub [workflow for publishing new versions of Dolt to Homebrew](https://github.com/dolthub/dolt/actions/workflows/cd-bump-homebrew.yaml) stopped working a few months back. New Dolt versions are still being published to Homebrew, but it seems to be because someone else is helping ensure they get published. We temporarily disabled the Homebrew publishing step in our Dolt release workflow, but we need to get it enabled again to ensure new versions get into Homebrew quickly.

Research direction
Open the cd-bump-homebrew.yaml workflow and inspect its failed runs to identify why publishing stopped. Then trace the Dolt release workflow where the Homebrew publishing step was disabled, restore the integration, and verify a release completes with the expected Homebrew publication.
