Creating a clone of a dolthub database is awkward

The UI for cloning from dolthub uses the term "owner", which doesn't really make sense to someone who knows nothing about dolthub. Ideally you should be able to just drop a link to a dolthub database in a field and the workbench will just figure it out. We should at least be able to make sense of the `dolt clone foo/bar` string which is what dolthub presents you.

Maybe there could actually be a workbench friendly link in dolthub? It would be a way to promote people using the workbench.
