Description
Currently Dolt MCP tool calls are listed as they are called, but this list may be long, and prevents the user from viewing their previous message easily. I think these Tool calls can should be grouped behind a single item, or replaced with some type of "Working..." display, to minimize overload in the agent window output, but can still be introspected/expanded on command.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating where Dolt MCP tool calls are rendered in the TypeScript workbench, then determine how the agent window currently displays successive calls. Done means long tool-call output is collapsed or summarized by default while remaining inspectable and expandable on command.
